Visitors to Prambanan Temple will not have to queue up for entry tickets following the recent implementation of an electronic ticketing (e-ticket or e-money) system.
However, the visitors will have to own Brizzi Cards, issued by BRI bank, one of the projects’s cooperating partners.
“Among the 10 entry gates, four gates have been fitted with e-money payment options,” Widodo Januarso, an official with BRI, said during the official launch of Brizzi Cards on Saturday.
“The cards are topped up to Rp 1 million (US$109) but can be extended to Rp 5 million,” he said, adding that they aimed to have 15,000 Brizzi users by the end of this year.
